Designed around two national moments, this activation transformed West Walk's seasonal footfall into structured, repeat engagement across three consecutive weekends. We deployed a modular on-ground ecosystem featuring interactive game mechanics, tiered rewards, and an AI photobooth — engineered to drive replay rather than one-off participation. The system was optimized for evening peak hours, consistently sustaining high engagement between 9–11 PM.
Across 20 operating days, the activation delivered over 3,000 registered participants, 1,600+ game wins, and 1,500+ AI photobooth outputs. Smaller, high-frequency rewards outperformed influencer-led amplification — increasing dwell time and completion rates. The result was a high-performing physical touchpoint that converted national moments into measurable brand engagement.
