Web Summit 2025 Activation

As a platinum sponsor at Web Summit Qatar, Talabat required more than visibility — it needed a high-impact presence built for connection. We designed a 12×9m experiential booth that fused hospitality and technology, combining a VIP networking lounge, snack bar, and interactive digital installations including a sticky-note networking wall, tech quiz, and immersive photo room.

Across four days, the space hosted C-suite discussions, media sessions, and hundreds of meaningful B2B interactions — positioning Talabat as a technology-driven brand at the center of the region's innovation ecosystem. The result was a structured physical platform engineered for visibility, conversation, and sustained engagement.
