Background

LTS, a Saudi-based IoT solutions provider, needed a complete digital overhaul to compete in the fast-evolving IoT-as-a-Service (IoTaaS) market. Their existing website suffered from poor structure, unclear messaging, and low conversions. The business goal was to reposition LTS as “The #1 Easy IoT Solution for SMEs” — a local, compliant, and scalable partner offering plug-and-play IoT for businesses of all sizes.

Challenges

As designers new to the IoT domain, we had to quickly immerse ourselves in a highly technical industry. The lack of organized data and complex service categorization made it difficult to communicate LTS’s offering clearly. The website also lacked a clear information hierarchy, strong CTAs, and SEO optimization — resulting in weak search performance and high bounce rates.

Approaches

We began with deep market research into Saudi Arabia’s IoT landscape, uncovering key insights on adoption barriers, SME needs, and competitor gaps. From there, we mapped user journeys, conducted UX audits, and restructured LTS’s service ecosystem for clarity.

Next, we developed stylescapes to establish a modern, tech-driven visual direction that balanced innovation with approachability. The new site architecture prioritized simplicity — ensuring solutions were easy to navigate, with content localized to resonate with Saudi SMEs.

Solutions

We designed a new visual identity system built on 3D illustrations, iconography, and motion cues that simplify complex IoT concepts. All key actions were streamlined through consistent “Book a Consultation” CTAs to boost conversions. The site’s navigation was reorganized into product-focused categories, supported by clear messaging and responsive layouts. Descifer also implemented SEO best practices, aligning metadata, structure, and content with high-intent local search terms such as “IoT solutions Riyadh” and “IoT for SMEs Saudi.”

Results

Within three months of launch, the new website achieved a 2.7x increase in traffic and ranked between 3rd–5th on Google for target keywords. The refreshed UX and visual language elevated LTS’s brand perception, transforming it from a technical solutions provider into a trusted, accessible IoT partner driving Saudi’s Vision 2030 digital transformation.
